The 18 story office tower at 175 Eagle Street, Brisbane has undergone a major refurbishment to upgrade the tenancy spaces in line with current energy efficient expectations.
The building's owners engaged Pierlite to manufacture a commercial solution that delivered a compliant design using both direct and indirect lighting distributions, incorporating return air slots and on board daylight harvesting detectors for the perimeters. The result was an impressive customised 1200 x 600 AMBIENZ T5 luminaire made in two parts to reduce shipping volumes and package waste; while making it easier to install.
