Sylvania introduces the NEW ToLEDo T8 LED tube - a direct replacement for standard fluorescent tubes operating on magnetic ballast systems.
LED tubes are energy efficient, environmentally friendly alternatives to standard fluorescent tubes, meaning that they have no mercury content, run cool and emit no UV light. Furthermore, the NEW ToLEDo T8 LED tube is extremely durable, highly efficient (up to 114Lm/W), delivers up to 3300Lm and benefits from a lamp life of 40,000 hours, thus reducing maintenance costs.
The NEW Sylvania ToLEDo T8 LED tube also features unique 100° rotatable end caps, which enables light to be precisely targeted and also acts as a locking mechanism to prevent movement, even when fitted in areas with high vibration levels such as car parks, warehouses or on trains. With instant start technology and a lifetime unaffected by ‘on/off switch cycling’ these LED tubes are the perfect solution for presence detector control, enabling further energy savings.
ToLEDo T8 LED tubes are just as suited to the same applications as standard fluorescent tubes such as commercial, retail, industrial, residential, display and car park lighting. They deliver a homogenous white light with high colour rendering and without glare.
