370̊ group changes its name to reflect its industry links

“We are excited about this change as we will now have our entire service offerings under one brand. This strengthens our position as the only GTO in Victoria and Tasmania, and only RTO in Victoria owned by the electrical industry” said Philip Green, Chief Executive Officer.  

 

Established in 1992, we provide employment and training opportunities through apprenticeships and traineeships. We work with employers to determine the skills required. We also manage all recruitment, employment, training, mentoring, payroll, and administration along the journey to ensure the apprentice/trainee successfully complete their training.

 

NECA Education and Careers also provides training to the electrical industry as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in our purpose-built facilities. This includes pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeships on-going post qualification courses.

We have commenced a project to invest in new training resources which includes practical equipment and student resources used across the pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship courses.
