Legrand has released a new range of pre-programmed home automation kits offering lighting control, energy monitoring and the option of remote control via an App. These kits allow the homeowner to control up to 5 lighting zones and see how much energy their home consumes via a multimedia touchscreen.

The MyHOME® Energy Starter Kit gives a homeowner a taste of the brilliant benefits of home automation. Legrand has identified the most commonly used configurations in home automation and released four kits to suit these applications. Scenarios are pre-programmed providing an easy to use system for homeowners, and easy to install kit for electrical contractors.
 
Each product included in these kits is designed to make life just that little bit easier, comfortable and beautiful for homeowners.  Featuring products from the exclusive Legrand Arteor range, this is the kit for style seekers, tech enthusiasts and lovers of high quality products. 
 
The MyHOME® Energy Starter Kit can be easily expanded to include further home automation functions like temperature control, intercoms and blind control.
 
The MHKIT1 Kit inclusions – this varies dependant on the kit configuration selected:
  • 3.5” touchscreen controls and monitors every single load of automation system, plus the scenario and energy consumption
  • 5 x 1 gang switches, controls all 5 lighting channels
  • 1 x power supply, 600mA output 
  • 3 x trailing edge single channel 400VA dimmer to drive 3 separate dimmer circuits (Zone 1-2-3). Suitable for incandescent, CFL and LED fixtures
  • 1 x double channel 6A relay per channel  to drive 2 separate lights in the ON/OFF function (Zone 4-5)
  • 5 x 1 gang switches, controls all 5 lighting channels
  • 1 x current meter to monitor the main power consumption of the house
  • 1 x scenario unit  controls 16 different scenarios from the 3.5”touchscreen
  • 1 x 24 din module enclosure box. Allows installation of all DIN devices in a single point for easy access
