Stanilite’s PRB209 batten series utilise state-of-the-art 9W linear LED lamps that have integral passive infrared (PIR) motion sensors, in combination with the class-leading LED Spitfire emergency light.

The result is a dual-use general and emergency luminaire purpose built for deployment in low traffic areas such as stairwells and corridors where permanent lighting is required. Exceptional energy savings are available in stand-by mode whilst still providing low-level lighting, with rapid switch to full brightness when movement is detected.
The Stanilite® PRB209 series of battens comprises standard AC, emergency and emergency-monitored fittings, the latter available in both Nexus® LX and Nexus® RF configurations. The batten body is of white powder coated steel with a white powder coated galvanised wire guard, creating a tough and durable luminaire. High temperature NiCad batteries are used in the emergency fittings for optimal reliability.
