Identifying features
Item number is : PCL 7121

Potentially faulty LV SUN USB hubs have batch code prefixes beginning with 14L, 15B or 15C, manufactured prior to April 2015.

What are the defects?
Faulty cable routing has the potential for mains voltage leakage to the output.

What are the hazards?
Users may get an electrical shock when inserting USB cables into USB sockets.

What should consumers do?
Disconnect unit from power.
1. Check the batch codes on the USB hubs by peeling back product label.
2. If codes do not begin with 14L, 15B or 15C , continue to use as normal.
3. If codes begin with 14L, 15B or 15C, return the faulty units to PC Locs for replacement.
