Product description
Models SLS110 and SLC010 supplied after 01/02/2015 are affected. These models have been sold in Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Queensland by various retailers.
Identifying features
The following features can identify the recalled models.
- Pouch of the product has copper or silver dots and wording “String lights” in black as indicated in the photo
- The power supply included with the models has a green charging light & plug pins are not insulated.
Models supplied before 01/02/2015 with an approved power supply where the plug pins are insulated are not affected by this recall.
What are the defects?
The power supply supplied with the products does not comply with AS/NZS 61347.2.13
What are the hazards?
Risk of electric shock.
