Users risk damaging electronic components irreparably by electrostatic discharge when working on them. This problem is a thing of the past with the ESD torque screwdriver set including Micro bits. The ESD torque screwdriver is manufactured in line with the IEC 61340-5-1 international standard, thus guaranteeing maximum protection for electronic components during delicate fastening tasks. The tool handle has a surface resistance from 10⁶ – 10⁹ ohm and safely dissipates electrostatic energy in a controlled manner. The torque screwdriver also ensures controlled screw tightening. Thanks to its integrated numeric scale and the supplied adjusting tool, variable torque settings can be made, covering a wide application field. A clear audible and perceptible signal when the torque is applied ensures process safety and protects against material damage and rework. With a release accuracy of +/-6%, the torque tool complies with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The set includes the ESD torque screwdriver handle, 14 Micro bits with a 4 mm drive and the matching bit holder for C4 bits.
