With electronics mounted remote from the weatherproof exit body, the PWQFFRLEDP series of emergency exit luminaires are designed for use in extreme environments and are purpose built for freezer and cold room applications. The luminaire is delivered as a “one-box solution”, with all pictograph inserts supplied.
Specified for operations to -30oC at the exit sign, remote electronics are available for monitored Nexus® LX and Nexus RF, and non-monitored configurations, with the electronics also available housed in an IP55 weatherproof enclosure.
The remote electronics modules, in all configurations, employ advanced dual rate charging control of integral high temperature NiCad batteries, delivering optimal performance and energy consumption. The remote electronics may be located up to 10m from the exit sign, utilising the interconnecting cable supplied.
